- RNRONNELL NOLENAug 10, 20261.0⭐ Poor Customer Service and Communication I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from AIT Worldwide Logistics. My experience was frustrating from start to finish, primarily because of the lack of communication, professionalism, and urgency shown when addressing my concerns. When you’re trusting a company with your shipment, you expect clear communication, timely updates, and representatives who are willing to take ownership of an issue and help resolve it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with AIT Worldwide Logistics. I had to spend unnecessary time trying to get answers and follow up regarding my shipment, and the overall customer service left a lot to be desired. The lack of responsiveness made an already frustrating situation even worse. I hope AIT Worldwide Logistics takes customer feedback seriously and improves its communication, accountability, and customer service. Customers deserve to feel valued and kept informed throughout the shipping process. Based on my experience, I would think twice before using this company again.
- BDBenjamin DeekenJun 11, 20261.0What a nightmare! Bought a basketball hoop through dicks and they subbed it out to this organization. Pulled out the old hoop and concrete. I paid for haul away and the dude just left it in my yard. Im on the phone with them now for the 4th time to try and get them to come get it. Each time they say a manager will call me back. Never does. Oh, and look at the terrible concrete job when they installed the hoop. I dont give bad reviews on here ever. They deserve it. Sounds like im not alone.

- SCSadie CanadaApr 24, 20261.0I was advise that I have a windows 8 am to noon Get here at 7:50 am was advise that shipper doesn't get in until 8:30 ok fine check in at 8:35 am shipper still isn't here. One of the loaders states they start loading truck at 9 am . It's 9:12 and no one called me yet. If your cut off is noon and the shipper doesn't start his day until 9 am shouldn't someone let the drivers know and the company knows. We are on log once my logs started it keeps ticking. No respect for the driver's. Someone needs to check this shipper out because this is bullish

AIT’s logistics professionals are experienced with shipping all types of cargo, from temperature-controlled items such as food and pharmaceuticals, oversized and heavy freight, and hazardous materials, including batteries, chemicals, and nuclear waste. Are you a certified freight forwarder?

Can I drop off an item for return at your facility?
No. AIT facilities are not consumer parcel drop-off locations. Please contact your seller/shipper to arrange for returns.
