  Talk about a “well oiled machine” this is probably the most efficient group working together in Branson (I know that says a lot) but when I leave her I always feel like I forgot something because it’s just that fast and friendly. I wish more places worked like this.

  The UPS Store offers so much more than shipping. I’ve worked with them on several projects and have been genuinely impressed — they created great business cards for us, and now they’re helping us with custom company stickers. Their team is helpful, fast, and easy to work with. Definitely worth stopping in to see everything they can do for your business.

  Claire and Aerial were amazing and you can tell they are in tune with customer service and expectations. Michael, the manager, however, was unapproachable and extremely rude as soon as we walked toward a lobby computer. He had an unnecessary attitude problem that affected the whole store. Ladies? Great job! Michael? Take a hint from your team!

  Unless I absolutely have to use UPS again I will never step another foot in there. The two girls behind the counter were rude and condescending to their customers and acted like it was a big inconvenience to help anybody. Rolling your eyes at an 80-year-old man who was asking questions about how he could get his letter there overnight and then telling him it was $75 like he could not afford it is absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed. They told me to go across the street and buy a box because they're cheaper then purchasing them there. When I told her it's not a big deal I get reimbursed for the boxes I buy she said good luck with that because they never pay you back.

  I have been using UPS stores for years and NEVER have I been to a store where they wouldn’t allow you to put your box on a scale and give you a weight unless you purchase the shipping label from them! I have a shipping account that is significantly cheaper due to the volume I ship so I simply needed a weight so I could email this store a label (which I’m happy to pay the customary printing charge for!). The bald headed gentleman (presumably the manager) was quite rude in telling me “I can weigh your package for MY label but not for yours!” Out of 45+ UPS stores accrues the country, this is a FIRST time! It costs you NOTHING to put a box on your scale! Customer Service just does NOT EXIST in this day in time and definitely NOT AT THIS UPS STORE!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! There is a friendly store called MAILBOXES PLUS just minutes away!! They WILL weigh your package for you!
