The attendant at the front was extremely rude and came across as very agitated when my husband brought in a package that needed to be shipped via USPS. This seems like a common and understandable mistake that many customers likely make. Unfortunately, her reaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. Based on our experience—and similar concerns reflected in other reviews—we’ve decided we will not be returning to your store. It’s disappointing, as this appears to be an ongoing issue that has not been addressed. He is on his way to the store to retrieve the package and take it to the appropriate delivery service.

Thinking this is an ups store I had no clue they would just send it via usps. The post office! The Missouri dept. of revenue never even received the papers. He said “ try the pst office for a refund” I didn’t pay the post office. I apparently paid you to have the us mail do it. This is a horrible store. Who really don’t care about you or your money. This man collects money to mail it at the post office.
