- DFderick fullerJul 3, 20261.0Filled out a hold mail request online. I came in to pick it up. They told me they don't hold mail for businesses. I told them they should of notified me of this. The lady at the desk made it seem like this was my fault. As I halve mail coming from the irs. She was very rude and heartless. Great to know ppls mail is in hands like this place. They have a idc attitude. Will tell u this is ur own fault. I would tell ppl not to use this service but I can't as it is a usps. Wish I would of caught this lady's name but I was frustrated and just wanted to leave b4 I said something I shouldn't of.
