  Zero stars if it were an option. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I hauled a very heavy, cumbersome box into this store to complete an Amazon return. Instead of offering basic assistance or routine customer support, the employee behind the counter immediately dismissed me with zero patience, stating she didn’t care and told me I did it wrong. I hauled the box all the way back out to my vehicle, corrected the return format on my phone, and hauled the heavy box inside a second time. Before I could even finish walking up, her immediate reaction was an abrasive “Go home and print it,” followed by a smug offer to charge $2 to print it while telling me to “blame Amazon.” When you treat customers struggling with heavy cargo like an inconvenience and deliver petty attitude from the second they walk through the door, do not act shocked or play the victim when a customer hits their limit and calls out the disrespect. I left with my package rather than give this location a single cent. Training staff on basic de-escalation, professional tone, and common courtesy would go a long way. Take your business to an alternate drop-off location where employees don’t actively antagonize their patrons.

  Great store. Friendly staff. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Hardly ever a line or wait. Clean and convenient location.

  The manager Nina was so helpful when I had an issue she went way over and above to help me out and she is super friendly!!!!!

  When a customer comes in and doesnt really know how returns work, Please dont be rude! You can be kind! It cost nothing to be nice!
