  I started to drop something off and they wanted to sell me a box. I said no, I had one at home. The kid never closed out the transaction. So when I tried to try another store they told me what happened. It took 2 weeks to get it straightened out.

  I paid $385 to ship some heavy welding equipment to California. I mixed up 2 of the numbers on the address, which was my fault but I also provided my contact phone number and the destination contact phone number, neither one got called. Instead of calling and verifying the address while the package was in California, they lost one box for several weeks, shipping it to Washington State, then sent both boxes back to Missouri and told me to come pick them back up and I would need to pay again to ship it again. I won't be using this store for anything important again.

  I paid over $200 for a 10x10 box to ship 5 hours away -- was told next by by noon--- package finally arrived 3 days after I shipped it and UPS won't refund anything as they are not taking any responsibility. I have never been treated so poorly by a company! I would think 2x before I took my chances with a shipper like this who cares very little about treating their customers fairly or honestly. I would give ZERO stars if I had the choice.
