- CBc bMay 28, 20211.0They have a questionnaire to fill out on a laptop. No mouse, just the pad that can be difficult. If you check a box wrong on the questionnaire there is no way to go back and fix it. Therefore you end up being disqualified from using their service for a year. Unbelievable they would set it up this way. Apparently no one but me ever checks the wrong box. The staff provided no sympathy at all. When I asked if I was screwed she just said "yes for 1 year". Very unfair. Very unprofessional. Very uncaring. Do NOT use these people to try and get a job because they don't care if they can help you or not.
