- MCMaxine CovarrubiasJan 7, 20261.0I have the hardest time getting them to answer the phone, I am sure they have Caller Id and know who is calling. The town is small so they know when there is a question or issue with that person. It’s unfortunate. I have tried all times of the day and nothing. Hopefully they will route all the mail to a bigger neighboring city so we can get the help we need. My delivery driver is fantastic my only issue it with the lack of communication at the postal building. I prefer to call so i don’t waste anyones time going down there if I can just get a answer over the phone. They keep hanging up and then forward it. I’m not a fool. I know they just don’t wanna answer the phone.

I can't give anymore than that when my package is scanned IN AURORA MO THEN 35 min later scanned IN SHELL KNOB MO. I needed this package fast. This is a large heavy package too. You can't just lose or misplace it. I was told to call my local post office and this post office hung up on me twice. Just answered said nothing and hung up. Do what you're being paid to do please.
