- HMHeather ManleyJul 13, 20261.0I cannot believe the USPS may have lost my mail Again! I mailed a large manela enevelope to Hillsboro with very confidential info in it that affects our rent and a letter with my rent payment on July 2nd. It is July 13th yet the organization still has not received it!!! They mailed me a letter dated July 8th and I received that July 10th. So, how does my mail not get to them in well over a week, yet theirs can reach me in a few days??? If anyone steals our identities or our money, I will sue the USPS. This is not the first time they have cost us thousands. I should not even be surprised at this point and will not be using their "service" ever again!! Ridiculous, that they do not stand by their work and will only try to help if you pay extra. All mail should get a tracking number. The online form to ask where the mail is, only applies to receiving mail, not sending mail.

Also, to "Erin Deling," customer parking IS in the front. You probably just misread the signs and assumed it was postal vehicle parking only, (which I did too initially.)

- EDErin DelingApr 14, 20262.0First time at the new location. When did the customer have to be the one to park at the back of the lot? The worker who helped me was friendly, but seriously customers should have the closer parking spots. This is why UPS gets my business.
