  Jill, Jeremy, and Angie are truly the best USPS employees ever! They are always incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to help us whenever we need it. We absolutely love coming to this USPS location because of them. Please never change, you guys are absolutely awesome! Thank you for everything you do! ❤️📬

  Older woman with glasses for the passport services very rude. We went during the walk in times and she lied saying she had an appointment when there was no one there and there was no line at all she just refused to see us and made up an excuse. Then the online services to book appointments does not even work they purposely have it so you can’t book an appointment because I had no issues choosing at another location. If you don’t want to do your job you shouldn’t be working there and you shouldn’t make it so people can’t come in during walk in hours and use the online platforms. Extremely unprofessional and it’s sad that you are completely at the whim of someone who doesn’t want to do their job.

  Rated this place awfully based off my experience. Looks like my review got taken down, so I’ll post again. Hospitality was absolutely lower than low. No one was looking at the guests except for the girl that was working that day which unfortunately I can’t provide you that useful information now since you’ve deleted my first review, which had the exact date time and who was working. Anyways, this place needs re-organization heavily, you guys need lines that are clear as day and people as in your teenagers you have working for you that are disrespectful. Should be able to look a person in their face and say “welcome in, you can come up next.” If they are so intimidated by calling a person up for a service you are providing they need to be replaced. Also SMACKING gum, ridiculously loud and then when someone asks for the fastest shipping with tracking within reason, obviously I’m not asking about your $300 air shipping…. That most definitely was a smart answer from a teenager that doesn’t care about their job just like the other guy that was there that day. The Young woman working that day was the only one looking at people, addressing them, and even trying to smile! Like WOW. They need to learn respect, organization and how to talk to the community. The people that run this place are awful again like I said in my last review, we will never be using this place again, nice fake reviews. Also, I’m sure if you stopped deleting all the bad ones you had you probably would have one star or none

  Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for having a 24 hour kiosk. It’s tough making it to all of the 9-5 Post Office locations when you also work 9-5; this is a lifesaver!
