I had a package shipped there then they wouldn't give it to me. I ended up leaving without my package and they returned it to the sender because they don't know what they're doing.

I have had my mail lost, not delivered when it was supposed to be, etc... Maybe if they had one mail person instead of numerous different ones, they might eventually get it. In addition, I live in an apartment. I have been told that my address is listed as a business address and it is not. Fix these problems Virginia Post Office!
