- JJJoshuaJun 24, 20261.0I just stopped in to send a package to my sister for her birthday and for Last Christmas everything kind of bundled together. Saw the man in front of me and go to get a package delivered the lady behind the counter said you need to get the tape we don't tape stuff anymore. I completely understand that he goes to grab some tape and the tape won't come off the roll so he hasn't really opened it yet another gentleman comes in to have a package delivered sees him with the tape and offers his own tape. He takes the free tape and thanks the guy and then goes to get his package delivered and the lady behind the counter says you need to pay for that tape that you tried to use and he says it wouldn't open I couldn't even get the tape off the roll and she starts being very confrontational with this man telling him that he's going to have to pay for that tape and that they can't sell it now. I tried to get some tape off of one of the rolls and yes it's pretty impossible unless you sit there and really work at it for a while. I took my package and I left I'm going to UPS I couldn't believe that lady behind the counter Not only was extremely rude to that gentleman but walked away while he was trying to explain what was going on.

Then she proceeds to tell me they ship packages that weigh 70 pounds which had nothing to do with my 5 pound package I was shipping. I actually left and will find a different location to patronize.

Me: “hi I just nee-“ Lady: “I don’t have tape you’re going to have to purchase some tape and come back” “NEXT!” Saw a review 3 months ago that she was told she needed to buy tape as well.. have yall not had tape for months..? If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve had so much trouble through them and after today I will no longer be back. How hard is it to be nice to others especially customers? To even just say hi? Why is there always only one person at the counter and a line out the door?
