Tuesday when there were really bad storms they left a cardboard envelope NEXT to our mailbox. What happened to our original carrier, and why is this one lazy?

However, they do hit the little smile face button on the payment screen to say that you're satisfied with their service and don't give you a chance to answer honestly. My experience wasn't great. I truly needed a little help, not vague instructions. Plus, they don't even have that many shipping supplies in stock so it made the process even harder than it needed to be.
