- LBLance BlakeJan 15, 20191.0EXTREMELY rude over the phone, not helpful at all and they speak to you as if you are a moron. If I could get my mail from somewhere else, I definitely would. I wish I could give this place less than one star. My advice would be to avoid this place if at all possible and take your business elsewhere.

Then after using Amazon Prime, (free two day shipping) another item took three weeks to come, the day before yesterday I received a text saying my packages were delivered to my mailbox. It was not there. I called the national line, waited for an hour, and they told me they would do an investigation. This morning I received a call from a rude person informing me that on their system it says it was delivered. Like I didn't already see that information. Then she was just like "Well it says that it was delivered somewhere in that range. We can't pinpoint it." So now I am out of my money, time, and items. Use UPS or FexEx

YOU GOT IT ANOTHER ATTITUDE! MOSTLY UNPROFESSIONAL. JUST GO TO A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL WALK OUT SAD AND MISERABLE! HOMELESS PEOPLE STANDING AROUND OUTSIDE, SPITTING ON THE STAIRS, GRAFFITTI WRITTEN ON THE BUILDING IM SO DONE!
