My package had a small flap open, and instead of simply helping secure it, they charged me $1 for a single piece of tape. It’s not about the amount of money it’s the fact that such a small act of customer service turned into an extra charge. When customers are already paying premium shipping prices, nickel-and-diming over a tiny piece of tape leaves a bad impression. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

They have to start charging now because they’re being taken advantage of and plus with the prices of everything. Wonderful service, thank you so very much!

They are so efficient that you literally wait less than 10 minutes to be served. They are sooo kind. I am almost 70 and can get a bit overwhelmed with “new” processes. They never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed when I needed a little help. I will always highly recommend this store. Such a blessing!!
