- MKMary KienitzMar 4, 20261.0The Hailey Post Office offers inconsistent and unreliable service, particularly with respect to delivery. I have received mail in the recent past. However, today, I was notified that the package I was expecting was being held at the post office. The reason given is that a form had not been filled out for delivery at said address (the form has been filled out). When possible, I always request UPS or FedEx, which is much more reliable.

Left me there, I was not sure whether to respond back or how. Not sure now where to go to inquire about my packages without being treated like that, for no reason. USPS I understand the the stress there might be, but it was no reason to treat me that way, and for that female worker, is not the first time she has been like that. No customer service at all.
