I never write review for anything but i just have to shout out Steven!. He is the the most paitient and loves to do his job. I applied for my passport and everything went smooth, I was outta there in 10 minutes. This is now my go to post office for passport services, way better than oceanside post office. I recommend coming prepared and double checking everthing before coming. and respecting other people appointment times.

This office is so slow. I have had several packages mishandle and not make it destinations or not on time by poor routing.

The old lady at the front desk I think her name is Eva or something like that. She is the rudest person I ever encountered in my life. I cried out impotence and frustration because it wasn't the first or the second time she was that rude to me. She called another guest while I was standing there trying to get my mail. Another coworker at her side helped me and was very nice and apologized. Manager wasn't on site and I was asked to come back another day. I have ptsd now of going to the mail office, might seem overreactingbut thats how I feel. I either put my mail on the mailbox at the entrance or I check if she is in there and if not I make the line.
