They do not offer Passport Walk-in services. Website needs so be changed to address this, neither does the post in Vista. I called several times before hand to confirm at both locations if they take walk ins but not one of my calls were taken.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience here, we would give it 0 starts if we could. We had a passport appointment on Saturday and they called us an hour before the appointment to let us know that they had to cancel because the person called in “sick.” They rescheduled us for 5 pm today and told us they would let the staff know we were coming in and to keep it open. When we walked in we were rudely told the post office was closed and got the door shut on us. We explained our situation and were told that they never do appointments that late and that their system was already shut down. When we asked what we could do, they advised us to schedule elsewhere because their Saturday passport clerk was actually on vacation. Don’t go here if you need a passport in a timely manner.

Now all I know there were people online who weren’t too happy about standing in a line, they have to take a consideration that we all came in at the end of the day when we all got off of work. The people working at this postservice are doing the best they can as quickly and officially as they could, and I commend them for doing a great job. I know working with the Publix and not the easiest thing to do, but they did it and they did it well and I went to clerk number four on July 13, 2026 at 4:45 PM. And she helped me send out an envelope to Chowchilla California. I’d like to command all the workers at the United States Postal Service office at 420 North Twin Oaks Valley Road. you may not have the hardest job in the world, but it’s certainly not the easiest either. And you work with the public quite well. I commend you and I appreciate you. You make my world a better place. Thank you very much.

With all the people currently looking for a job, why employ Eva? Fire her. I have never met a more rude and unhelpful person in my life. The treatment I received for simply wanting to mail a box was astonishing. I have no words. She’s awful and needs to be fired.

Walk in passport services not available, not updated on The website rather with a sign on the door ! So I drag my child out of bed to get in line for nothing ... shame on you!
