  The owner of this store has no idea what customer service is!! My first time in months ago, he was rude to me and other customers. Just an unfriendly person, I figured he was having a bad day. Today he was.completely rude and unfriendly again at the counter. Then with my Amazon return, HE removed the inner box from the outer box and put it in a bag instead of using the original box it came in. When I was done and halfway out the door, he asked me to take “my trash”. I asked him if he could please take care of it, he had a tantrum about it being “my trash”. I left the store, he followed me way out into the parking lot and placed the small empty box on the roof of my car. Unbelievable behavior like a child! Now I know why their rating at this store is so low. Go somewhere else

  Went in to print out some papers. Was able to do it without problems. Would recommend going to this UPS store.

  Super cool store… their hours are open until 6… should say 5:57… then the staff looks at you through the window and walk away.

  Young male at counter was rude and unprofessional. I showed him my QR code for my Amazon return and he said "No." I said, excuse me? He told me I needed to package my Amazon delivery. I was trying to explain that Amazon told me otherwise and he proceeded to tell me I had to package it. I said, ok, but you dont have to be rude about it and just say "No." He then ignored me and called the next customer to his register. Again I told him he was being rude and asked for his name and he completely ignored me. I asked again and he again called the next customer to his counter. Horrible customer service.
