  It is my 4 time going to this Salon and i worked with 2 different hair stylist. Both of them are very great. This time Bailey was my hair stylist, she listened to me vey well, checked with me constantly and explained to me every steps.

  I’ve been seeing Sam at the Woodinville Elle Marie for a few years now and I always leave the salon with a smile on my face. Today was no exception! I’ve been playing with the idea of going back to some sort of bang to help hide my aging, receding hairline. Sam was excited and up for the challenge! She knew exactly how to give me the look I wanted without making me look like my first grade self. I feel like it softened up my features and gave me some confidence!

  Absolutely lovely team! Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and each stylist I've had has done an amazing job in both conversations and haircuts :) each time I leave feeling confident and happy !!

  What a nice place! Booked appt for my granddaughters and I can honestly say they got the best hair cuts and style I’ve ever seen! The cuts by Angela were so good that both my daughter-in-law and myself want to book with her! She did an outstanding job!

  I’m very disappointed with my experience. I went to Janelle for a root touch-up, and shortly afterward I noticed that a large section of my hair (4-5 “) in the back was significantly missing compared with the rest of my long hair. This was not how my hair looked before the appointment. When I brought my concern to Janelle, rather than taking the time to look at it or discuss what may have happened, she was dismissive and told me that putting my hair in a ponytail can cause it to look that way. I know my hair and how it normally looks, and this response left me feeling unheard and frustrated, and quite honestly attacked. Mistakes can happen, but I believe a professional should take a client's concerns seriously and make an effort to address them. Unfortunately, I did not feel that happened here. She is a senior stylist , and her dismissive behavior and lack of good faith communication is not aligned with a senior level stylist.
