The place was so clean and beautiful! I got both my toes and nails done. The lady who did my toes was so sweet and gentle, nothing to complain there as someone who doesn’t like getting her feet done all the time this was amazing l. As for the nails I couldn’t ask for a better service. I gave her my inspo pictures and she went right to work! She also was so kind as well asking me if everything looked alright and if I wanted to change anything. If she wasn’t able to do the nail exactly like that or had another idea she communicated everything. My nails turned out great and thought everything was amazing!

I will recommend this place to everyone. The staff are very friendly. The shop is very clean, and ran very professionally. They don’t rush your service they take their time to make sure you are satisfied. Look at the artwork on my nails done by technician Bryant. They are truly a 5 star place. Oh! I forgot to mention that they also offer their customers complementary drinks. I’m a very satisfied and happy customer.

Today I went in to get a pedicure and a hard gel full set. I have been getting my nails done for most of my life, but haven’t recently so I was very excited to treat myself. My pedicure by Annta was amazing. I definitely recommend her. She was extremely sweet and did a great job all around. She kept checking on me and made sure I was comfortable! Ty did my manicure and I do not recommend. I had nothing on my nails to start. I asked for a hard gel set. He seemed to be doing a good job with applying the hard gel but then when it came to shaping and we started getting in some arguments. He asked what shape I wanted and then I said I just wanted my nails lightly filed into a natural shape. I have shorter nails and did not want them overfiled. He did one and showed me and it was extremely square very pointy edges. I explained it I wanted them natural looking and then tried to use the verbiage square-round to see if that would resonate with him. I’m not sure how to describe it, I haven’t had problems any other time I’ve described it. Plus, I showed several pictures. Then he did another nail, and it was completely round. Meaning he filed off the edges of my natural nail. He continued to tell me I was explaining things wrong. He made comments under his breath to the other workers while we were in mid argument. It made me feel very uncomfortable! He kept filing my nails, and they were all completely round. He totally did not understand what I was saying, or seem to even try to understand what I was saying. He appeared to want to just be right! I gave up and let him finish the manicure, although it was not what I wanted. He then took out his phone and asked to take a picture as he was taking a picture of my nails. He said it was because he wanted to show the color to someone. I got white. It doesn’t take a genius to know it wasn’t to show people the color. I think he wanted to show people the shape and complain about me as a customer (trying to be right). When he was done, he proclaimed “They look so beautiful and natural shaped!” After he said goodbye, he went across the salon and talked to another worker and they we’re obviously talking about me because they were both looking at me several times. The girls at the front desk were very sweet and understanding when I told them what had happened and they noted my account. Mid me talking to one of them, he called the other over to mention something and I’m pretty sure it was about me also. I don’t speak the same language, but I understand eye contact, and body language very well! It was a very uncomfortable experience and I paid $160 with tip for my pedicure and my manicure. I feel sad I had to pay for a service from someone who did not give me what I asked for and also made me feel unwanted and undervalued as a customer. I wish I would’ve stuck up for myself even more (or not tipped or payed for my manicure), but when you’re in an awkward position, sometimes you just go with the flow!

I wish I had trusted my first impression and left when things already felt off. My grandmother and I came in after my uncle passed away because we just wanted to spend some relaxing time together and get away for a little while. Instead, we left stressed, disappointed, and with an injured toe. From the beginning there was miscommunication. I explained at least three times that my grandmother only wanted a gel color change, and I wanted the $40 pedicure with gel polish and acrylic on two toes. The technician nodded every time as if she understood. Instead of soaking off my existing gel polish, she peeled it off, which was already painful and irritated my nails. She then applied acrylic, but while filing, she filed so aggressively that she cut the skin next to my toenail and made it bleed. Without asking me or explaining what she was doing, she put nail glue directly on the open cut. My toe immediately started burning. She apologized, but I was shocked that she applied glue to a bleeding cut without even asking first. My grandmother's experience was disappointing too. She received the gel color change, some shaping, and a little cuticle work, but she didn't receive what we understood to be the full pedicure service. When I spoke with the manager, I tried to calmly explain everything. At first they kept saying there had been confusion until I showed them my injured toe. The only resolution offered was $10 off. I also explained my concerns about my grandmother's service, the repeated miscommunication, and the rude attitude we experienced, but I felt like no one was really listening. We were still expected to pay and leave. I didn't want to complain. I just wanted a nice experience with my grandmother after losing a family member. Instead, we were treated poorly, the service was low quality, and I left with an injured toe. We won't be returning. Update: my toe is infected. It's red! I took a photo to show. The color job is so bad too! And the worst part is she put the same infected file was placed back in her station with my blood on it. So many health code violations and they still grilled us and made us pay. Insane!
