  I gave this place a 2nd chance after a Lang gap of time. I left due to lack of quality nails breakimg, mishapen and service sub par. Well I will no longer spend my hard earned money here. The manager is rude and does not honor we will fix nails and garauntee the service. I called after my nail tech who quit abruptly did a poor job on my nails.(new set) I asked for my alternate nail tech and guess what she quit abruptly as well. Manager said she would set me up with a very experienced tech the next day and would be there when I showed up for appt. Manager wasnt there and when I tried to speak to my nail tech and ask her to help me with color options she said if you don't pick color I'm not doing it. VERY RUDE. I asked to have someone else since I didmt trust her at that point. Hannah was nice and attempted to give me quality nails. Within 2 days I had several broken nails and polish chipping away. This was gell polish and acrylic nails. Had new set put on 3 weeks prior so this shouldn't have been an issue. I called the establishment and requested to speak to the manager. They said they would have her call me back. Waited 2 days attempted to reach her again . Same result. 6 days later in total she did call me and I expressed that I had several nails broken and mentioned her stating they garauntee their work and would fix issues. She said no "you gotta find somewhere else and I'm hanging up now" save your money and go elsewhere peeps. They are great at the beginning but the service isnt consistent. The staff isnt friendly. They tend to speak in their language and look point and say things and laugh as they look at you. Not very welcoming. The receptionist have made several scheduling errors in my time going there as well. I have also gotten a tad of an infection alomg cuticles 2 times now. Never had this at any other salon but this one so its definitely connected to this establishment. Also had issue with infection on toe following pedicure. It obvious they are not maintaining cleanliness even though they have the all new upgrade to this location. Germs don't go away without disinfecting properly. I have done some searching and found a way better alternative to this location that will provide quality and respectful service.

  Spent almost 2 hours getting eyelash extensions only to have a chunk fall out on my drive home. Returned and had them reapplied. That night, and next day at work, chunks of lashes continue to fall off. Contacted the business, after a few calls back and fourth (I couldn’t talk with the manager, I had to talk through the front desk who gave them my message and vice Versa) I submitted an email requesting a refund, received a response I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. I would NOT recommend this spa for lash extensions.

  Beautiful experience from beginning to end! John and Sophia (?) were so attentive, and I fell asleep in the chair while they worked on my nails! Very professional and compassionate! The rose gold outline milky French almond acrylics John created are stunning, and he even made a recommendations for refining the nail shape and planning maintenance. The nails were complemented by the deep teal gell toes by Sophia which are equally flawless. I will be back very soon!

  Wonderful service and great atmosphere! Nowadays it's so difficult to find great customer service and craftsmanship all in one place, but Pure Harmony has both. Let me start off by saying I am very rough on my nails. I'm a mechanic by trade and have very active hobbies (weightlifting, dirt bike riding, etc.), so when I say my nails have some serious structural integrity, I mean it. I go to Le for my sets and appreciate her amazing attention to detail. She takes the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for, and my nails look beautiful every time. You can easily tell that every artist here takes immense pride in their work—I wouldn’t hesitate to sit in anyone's chair here! Bonus: The staff members were continuously cleaning during all of my visits, and they have some delicious cucumber watermelon infused water, so those are huge wins in my book as well 👍🏼

  I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing pedicure experiences I’ve ever had at Pure Harmony Nails & Spa. From the very beginning, it felt like I was being rushed through as quickly as possible, with absolutely no care or respect for me as a paying customer. The entire appointment felt careless, sloppy, and completely impersonal. By the time it was finished, I was honestly shocked at the result. My toenails were uneven, the polish was streaky, patchy, and messy, and the overall work looked rushed and unfinished. There was clearly no attention to detail whatsoever. I went in expecting a simple, professional pedicure and instead walked out feeling irritated and ripped off, like I could have done a better job myself at home in half the time. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing and leave you feeling polished and satisfied. This did the exact opposite. For the price they charge, the level of quality and professionalism was completely unacceptable. I left feeling angry and disappointed, and I will absolutely not be returning. I also cannot recommend this salon based on the experience I had.
