  I recently went to get a facial from Kingston and as someone who’s super stressed all the time and never able to relax she almost had me fall asleep! I loved the products she used and how it made me feel, as well as the massage! So so relaxing and just what I needed. I left all glowy from her treatment! I also got my hair done by Jacquelynn and she is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I always leave feeling refreshed. Super even highlights on my hair and she is the kindest person ever to do my hair. Would highly recommend both Kingston and Jacquelynn if you go to Sorella!

  I got a facial with Kingston a couple weeks before prom and it was truly so relaxing! I appreciate the time and patience she took to make sure my skin would glow on Prom day! Thank you so much Kingston!

  **They have confirmed the e-gift card was received. Interesting - I wonder how? They did not call me back to see if I had, they did respond to an the email I sent to the address on their website, they did not invite me to the salon and say they would take care of my services regardless. I asked to the speak to the owner and was passed along to Emma, who then said she was not the owner, but Jamie would call me back in 15 minutes. That never happened. I don't know what they consider "a significant amount of time" but I am certain we have spent more time following up and attempting resolution. If it took a tribe to figure this out, it's an admission that their system is unreliable. The "we understand your frustration" was repeated by every person I spoke to with no resolution, which sounded scripted, annoying, and certainly not genuine. The fact that this owner responds immediately to a public-facing review and not when a customer attempts to speak one-on-one speaks for itself. My husband purchased a gift card for me, for Mother's Day. 6 days, and probably 6-7 phone calls later with multiple staff members, and the e-gift card has never been received. They claim they can't refund the money, said "Jamie", the owner would call me back, and never did. They just keep asking me to repeat my email address (which they have correct) and check my spam folder (nothing there). With zero expectation of resolution we now will have to dispute this on our credit card. This feels like a really bad joke that a simple e-gift doesn't work, or can't be resolved. I have never been this to this salon and certainly never will now.
