  My first time here, and I will absolutely be back! The place is very nice and very clean. The staff were so warm and welcoming. I've never done dip or gel before and Cindy was so gentle and did a fantastic job! I got dip gel for my nails, did the spa pedicure with regular polish. My mom was with me too and she did the same services with Ann who also did an amazing job on my mom's finger nails and toes. All around such a great experience!

  It was Last minute appointment but they accommodated me and got me in. My nails look great. They were exactly what I wanted.

  Both of the people we got we so nice and helpful. One explained everything to my 5 year old since this was her first time coming in. The only thing I would say that was off setting was the receptionist with blonde hair was really rude and rolled her eyes at my daughter when she messed up her nails and was upset. The person that did her service was great and came back over to fix it for her.

  First time there and Dao did my gel buildup. She was amazing, 10/10 recommend. My nails look very natural while also feeling strong. I will definitely be coming back and requesting my girl Dao again!

  I’m honestly disappointed with this experience. My husband and I came in yesterday for two pedicures, and I got a fill. With tip, our total was $194. Yes, $194. I came back afterward and asked for an itemized receipt because I wanted to see exactly what we were being charged for. They don’t provide an itemized receipt unless you specifically ask, and even then, they simply write it out for you. It was ONLY after they wrote everything down that they realized they had overcharged us. And the response? No apology. No explanation. No offer to correct it. Just essentially, “Oops, we overcharged you.” That is not acceptable customer service, especially when you’re charging nearly $200 for three services. I want to be fair and say that the nail artists themselves are talented. I’ve been happy with the actual work, and the girls are sweet. But being talented does not excuse ridiculous pricing or failing to accurately charge your customers.
