- KLKai Li1 day ago1.0Something to note before I start my review, my original haircut was canceled day of because a client for the haircutter I wanted showed up late and set the schedule far back enough where they just canceled my appointment. I was really disappointed and confused as to why they would take the late client even if it meant canceling someone else’s appointment. Why am I being punished for someone else being horrendously late? So if you are making an appointment here fingers crossed that nobody is late enough to get your appointment canceled. My actual haircutting appointment was fine in the beginning, my hairstylist was very nice. I will not name them because of that. My haircut came out very short, way shorter than I wanted. I would add photos to show how bad it is but I am too ashamed to be seen. I debated on making this review as my hairstylist was very kind and warm. But I told myself beforehand due to me being cancelled on so last minute that if my haircut wasn’t up to my standards I would leave a review. So here it is.

Very accommodating when some things fell through and Shivani was amazing and helped me feel comfortable and welcomed. Definitely recommend for people with thick and/or curly hair, come here they’ll treat you right
