  My stylist is Tara. She’s been my stylist for over a decade and she is absolutely the best! Every time I sit in her chair she makes my hair look amazing. I walk out of the salon feeling like I’m walking on clouds. The experience is always fabulous. Great conversation, great service. Tara is an absolute rock star. I love her so much! Go check out this salon.

  Kayla did an excellent job on my hair. I haven't had it cut for over 3 years so it was long, straight and blah when I got there. By the time I left, she had me looking like a movie star ⭐ She shaped it to my face, gave me long layers, and even worked with my cowlicks to blend them in. The vibe of the place was cool, they had music playing in the background. I even received a free gift bag for being a first-time customer. I felt very welcomed there! I will definitely be back!

  Victoria did an amazing job cutting, coloring, foiling, and glossing my hair! She was incredibly friendly and personable, and was patient as we talked through what would work best based off my hair and inspo pics. I really appreciated that she explained every step of the process. I struggled with loving my hair and always had it pulled back, and am now so in love with the cut and auburn color she did! She absolutely nailed the cut and color I was looking for! I couldn’t recommend her enough! The reception staff were also so kind and friendly! All around wonderful experience!

  If you are looking for a stylist who truly listens and knows their stuff, ask for Autumn! Her expertise and warmth make it feel like she's been there for years. She was incredibly compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout my daughter's entire appointment. We were in desperate need of correcting some previous color that hadn't turned out the way it was supposed to, and she handled us with so much care. She took the time to explain the process, protect the health of my daughter's hair and got the tone absolutely PERFECT! We will definitely be booking with her in the future. Front receptionists and one of the managers, Laurie, were professional and super accommodating.

  I’ve just had one the worst experiences that I’ve ever had with a salon at Hair Mosaics. Today (9/4/26) is picture day for Spotsy schools. I scheduled my 6 year old an appointment last evening for her first straight hair style. The stylist shampooed and started to blow dry my daughter’s hair. We had been there for about an hour when the stylist tells me that she’s not going to be able to finish my daughter’s hair because it’s taking too much time and that we would need to come back. Picture day is the next day and my daughter’s hair is now wet and all over the place. When we arrived my daughter’s hair was sectioned /parted in hair balls & twists. While it wasn’t a hair style that she wanted for her new pictures it was perfectly presentable for pictures. The way the stylist left her hair was not. It wasn’t even presentable enough to walk outside. It was supposed to storm that evening so luckily I’d brought a hat to keep her hair safe from the rain. Little did I know that I’d need it to hide her hair because of the state it was left in. I can’t even begin to express the level of disappointment, stress and frustration this caused. Even though this was the most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had at a salon, I asked what I owed. I was willing to pay for the shampoo, which was more than amenable of me. To top it all off and add insult to injury the stylist wanted to charge me $90 for an unfinished job! They kept us waiting around the salon for 40 minutes trying figure out how much I should pay. While I thought I was being nice by offering to pay anything at all. Finally they came back with $75, which I still find completely and totally unacceptable. We were worse off for having walked into that establishment than before we entered it. No one at that salon cared in the slightest that they had just ruined a little first graders picture day.
