  Been here before usually great got a cut today by Ben explained I wanted a high skin fade under cut. The language barrier was so bad I did not get the haircut I wanted he continually attempted to blend not do a undercut I had to move away from him and get it explained by another barber I even showed picture and how to videos I recommend the shop but do not get your hair cut by Ben it was a horrible experience

  I received the worst haircut of my adult life today. Ken was not attentive, rushed through it, and ignored me when I asked - and gave an example - of how little I wanted cut off the top. I LITERALLY SHOWED HIM where I wanted it to be cut to. I was appalled as he immediately took buzzers to my scalp and there was no turning back. This was very disappointing as I'd been a regular for a long time but it seems the service has been steadily declining as the price has been steadily rising.

  I’ve been coming to this barbershop for over a year now, and the service has always been amazing! I especially have to give a huge shoutout to my girl Queen! 👑 If you’re looking for a great barber, I definitely recommend checking her out. She does an amazing job, makes you feel comfortable, and always provides great conversation and customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I’ve personally recommended Queen to several of my residents at my other job, and I’ll continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a great barber. You won’t be disappointed! 🙌🏽✂️

  Five stars! Had a fantastic first haircut with Queen at Cut and Shave in Old Town. The shop has a great vibe. Queen was welcoming and professional, and the fade came out super clean, honestly one of the best cuts I’ve had in a long time. Great attention to detail, exactly what I wanted. She is definitely my new “Go To” barber in Old Town
