  I was terrified going in but Grace made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole experience. Had my armpits and a full brazilian done for my first time. It did not hurt near as much as I thought it would for either. My Brazilian had some spicy moments but it was not near as pain full as I'd heard from others.

  Grace was absolutely lovely! She paid close attention to details and made my eyebrows look absolutely amazing! 10000000/10 recommend this place! Worth every single penny!!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Alyssa at The Pampered Peach! From the moment my facial began, I could tell she genuinely cared about providing a relaxing and personalized experience. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the facial, what products she was using, why she chose them, and how they would benefit my skin. I really appreciated that she educated me throughout the service without making it feel overwhelming. She was incredibly gentle, attentive, and professional. Every part of the facial felt intentional, and I never felt rushed. The facial massage was one of my favorite parts, it was so soothing and helped me completely unwind. The room itself had such a peaceful atmosphere, and the calming music made it even easier to relax and disconnect from the stress of the day. By the end of my appointment, I felt refreshed, recharged, and genuinely better than when I walked in. My skin felt clean, soft, and healthy, but beyond that, the entire experience was great for my overall well-being. It truly felt like an hour of self-care that I didn’t realize I needed.   ***EDITED REVIEW 5 STARS*** They called me, probably bc of my bad review, so I made an appt. To go in today. I showed up at 9:45am, 15 mins before they were to open, and the ‘OPEN’ sign was already on and the door was unlocked. Alyssa was ready for clients, saw me early and was fantastic. I was prepared to wait until 10am, but she got me in and out quickly! I’ve decided to continue going back there. They won me over! Customer service was on point. ***INITIAL REVIEW WAS 1 STAR*** Went yesterday at 10am (time they were supposed to open. Sign never turned on. I waited in my car for 15 mins before going to the door. At 10:15 the ‘open’ sign was still off and the doors were locked. No lights were on. I went home and called at 10:30, no answer. Called again later in the day no answer. Guess they just didn’t open on an advertised open day.
