I went in for baby highlights, but unfortunately the results were not what I asked for or expected. I had previous highlight work from about a year ago and some gray in the front of my hairline, and I specifically asked for soft baby highlights that would blend naturally into my hair and help the grays fade in better.
Instead of getting the soft blended highlights I wanted, my hair ended up looking mostly brown. When the foils were first removed, only half of them were taken out, then after waiting a while longer the rest were removed. After drying and cutting my hair, it seemed like the stylist also wasn’t happy with the result because another product was applied and I waited another 20 minutes before being rinsed and dried again.
I paid $330 for a result that I honestly did not like. I really tried to convince myself that I did, but after looking at it more, it’s just not what I asked for. The staff was kind, but overall I left disappointed….

On the positive side, the hairdresser and staff were friendly and very accommodating with my baby, offering breaks. Their customer service was excellent. However, I paid nearly $500, and my new growth remained brown instead of the lighter baby highlights I expected. I wish there had been clearer communication on what was achievable. While the team was great, it seems there was a mismatch between what was shown and the final result.i I set an appointment in six weeks to go in again for a baby Highlights appointment but honestly after I’m home and I’m seeing my hair like this over and over again I’m gonna have cancel that appointment. Birthday hair just not what i expected

Called to ask if they have hair dyes for a specific color and i got cut off and told to just make a consult if i wanted to know what hair dyes they have. It was completly unprofesional and rude. I called wanting to make an appointment right away just wanted to make sure they had a variety of blues since i don’t have time to make a consult but this is really making me hesitate. If they can’t be kind and profesional on call how will the experience be in person? Do better.

While I was shown a total on a phone, individual prices were not clearly listed or reviewed on the actual menu beforehand, which is where the lack of transparency comes in. For example, I was verbally told the gloss was $60, not $69, which is exactly why a visible price menu matters rather than totals being calculated on a phone.
For a single-process color, trim, and gloss, the final amount felt excessive given that I did not receive highlights or a more complex service. This review is not meant to argue charges, but to share my honest experience so others can make an informed decision. I also have concerns about the confidence and execution of the service, as it’s difficult to fully assess the cut while it’s styled, especially after adding layers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.
Go elsewhere and save your money.
The facility looks nice, but the customer service was not it. The stylist didn’t listen to what I asked for, avoided showing me the pricing book, and added charges without clearly explaining them. I came in for a simple hair color and trim and somehow walked out spending almost $300. On top of that, she was very rough while working on my hair, to the point my head was literally moving from how hard she was pulling. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be returning.
