I had a baylage appointment with Ashley and my hair turned out so nice!! It was a great experience. I had margaritas and chips during my appointment. Ashley was diligent and did a great job, she listened to exactly what I wanted. I am still getting so many compliments on my hair. I was really impressed with the quality of the service.

JAY is the best! She gets to know you and the style you are shooting for, offers her expert advice and allows you to feel so comfortable and confident with your choices. Best haircuts I’ve gotten in YEARS, so much so I don’t have to blow dry or straighten my hair because of the cut I have from her. The layers and perfectly framed face layers do their native every time! 💕😍

Jay provided an excellent experience from start to finish. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The results exceeded my expectations, and my hair looks and feels amazing. The salon atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable as well. I highly recommend booking with Jay if you’re looking for quality service and great attention to detail.

I booked my appointment online with a stylist named J at their east side location. I paid the deposit and everything. It was actually a Mother’s Day gift - I haven’t gotten my hair done in over a year. I was so excited because my hair was so long, heavy, and I just wanted to feel good about myself again. When I showed up, their system did not reflect my appointment so they put me with a stylist named ashley. I asked for a wolf cut, even showed a reference pic. I wanted a deep, rich black/blue color. That’s what I always get, as I already have dark brown hair. She assured me it would be no problem. At first glance, it was at least the right color. But definitely not a wolf cut. She advised me AFTER that they don’t use razors there. Then I got to my car, and saw in the sunlight that there were HUGE chunks of brown still left, as I could still see the red undertones (hence the BLUE w/black. Simple color wheel stuff). I wrote them on instagram, sent photos, etc. The owner called and apologized. Saying to come back in and they’d definitely fix it. So I go back. Same stylist and I’m just like… oof. She colored my hair and did a few more things to make the cut look better. Then she asked “did you want me to style it for you too?” Well yeah? How else are you going to see that the cut and color looks better? That was back at the end of April. I have washed my hair MAYBE 4-5 times since then. And my hair is completely brown around the crown, and you can see the black line of where it’s been dyed correctly before 🤦🏻‍♀️ at this point, it’s been dyed twice, the haircut looks like a mullet! It’s just sad because I was SO excited to get my hair done for Mother’s Day. It was a gift to help with my depression. What I wanted really wasn’t hard…. Make my dark, dark brown hair black, and give it a very layered cut. The first photo was the inspiration. The second and third photos were right after My first appointment. You can see the brown clearly. The fourth and fifth photos were after my second appointment. The sixth photo is what my hair looked like before.… You can see how much length was taken off unnecessarily The last photos are from when I’ve had my hair dyed correctly in the past. like at this point, I would just wish I could get my money back to go somewhere else. Or at least have a different stylist to properly dye my hair. I’ve given up on the haircut. I just want my usual rich, dimensional blue black hair.
