  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I had a hair appointment scheduled for my friend wedding day, and the salon canceled my appointment just ONE HOUR before the scheduled time. What makes this even more frustrating is that customers are required to pay a cancellation fee if they cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. However, when the salon cancels at the very last minute, what compensation does the customer receive? This was not just a regular appointment. It was my friend wedding day, and I had planned everything around this appointment. Being canceled on with almost no notice left me stressed and scrambling to find another option on one of the most important days of my life. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but I believe cancellation policies should be fair to both businesses and customers. If customers are held financially responsible for last-minute cancellations, businesses should also take responsibility when they do the same. I would appreciate an explanation and some form of compensation for the inconvenience and stress this caused. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

  Suzanne was absolutely AMAZING! This was my first time going to a new salon, and she immediately made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything she was doing throughout my appointment. She also explained the products she was using and why they were best for my specific hair type and needs. You can truly tell how knowledgeable and passionate she is about what she does! She was so sweet, attentive, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I left feeling so happy with my hair and will definitely be going back to see her! Also the staff at the front desk were awesome! Highly recommend Amanda Maddox!🩷✨

  My first time at the salon and I couldn’t be happier! Aaliyah was friendly, knowledgeable, and delivered a beautiful end result. I only got a few inches taken off, but it felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I finally feel like myself again and can’t wait to go back!

  Love way Jennifer cuts my hair, I ve seen her twice as im from out of state, first time I needed a hair cut, I was sold, so when I came up again made an appt and she was able to get me in and was pleased again. Thanks Jennifer
