Paid $330 and it doesn't look any different than what I went in with. This was a newly licensed stylist too and I did that to save money, but apparently that didn't matter. I paid a lot for what looks like a toner. I asked for balayage highlights around my face and hair ends and afterwards, it looks pretty flat still and the blonde is barely noticeable. The haircut is cute but also a little underwhelming. I'm going to try somewhere else next time.

This was a great experience and Jasmine did a great job. She listened to my thoughts and ideas, offered great products and honestly sent me out feeling alot more confident!!

First off I want to say everyone at the salon is incredibly sweet! I’ve loved getting to know them! My only has been I do not like the “rootie, grown out, lived in look” and let everyone know quickly that’s not me, ha . This specific time I asked for chunkier highlights all the way to the root because I’m super blonde all over. The photo (left) is what I received which is still very “rootie” and the photo (right) was what I was wanting (this is after a friend fixed it for me). I called Amanda Maddox and asked if they would “fix it” for me and they agreed for $95. I had already paid $200😅 I want to say, though, Rylie is my normal color girl and she kills it every time and does exactly what I ask but she was unavailable this time. No hard feelings at all but I just wished they would have just redone my roots to what I had asked for. It only took my friend 5 foils to fix. I wish the customer service could have been better🙏🏼

I’ve had so many salons mess my hair up because I’m mixed and they don’t know how to balance between my curls and the fineness of my hair. I was really nervous to come here because of so many bad experiences, but I did my research online and found a stylist that I felt confident would be able to get me where I want my hair to be for my wedding and I was right. April and Kendal have made me feel SO comfortable and safe in their chair. Coming from a really deep ash brown to a bright butterscotch blonde is not easy to achieve in 2 sittings, but they’ve really crushed it. Highly recommend them if you’ve been afraid of salons.
My rating is not about the service I received, but rather how my complaint on my recent experience was handled. My first visit to the salon was February and I was looking for a new hair stylist. It was a great experience and when I checked out I was given my total, I paid it on my card and tipped in cash. I went back this past Friday for my second visit ever. At the register, I was again given my total due, which was around $240. The front desk asked if I wanted to leave gratuity, I advised just to make it an even $300. Today I look and I was charged $307.50. I called to question why I was charged more than I requested. It was explained as a credit card fee. I have no issues paying credit card fees, but I wasn't aware of this policy. When I called for resolution, the only thing a manager was willing to "help" with was taking it out of the tip. This is unacceptable. I had even explained that now being aware in the future I would just pay cash, but no offering to assist was given. This is horrible customer service. The manager said that policy went into effect in 2025 and an email was sent to all clients. I said, well... I wasn't a client in 2025. Still.. Nothing. I'll not be returning.
