  10/10 Recommend this salon to anybody. My stylist, Madison Pack, was very sweet and nice. She listened to what I wanted and gave me advice on how to style my hair. Also, told me that I can book a shampoo and style session with her so I can learn the technique to get the salon look at home. The environment was very nice, relaxing, and lively.

  Madison Park is awesome!!! Getting a haircut is always a little scary for me. I never know how to express what I am looking for and I am always worried it may and up being shorter than I wanted. Madison was very patient and worked with me and reassured me that even with the long layers, I would still be able to put it up in a ponytail or a barrette. And, she hit the nail on the head. It’s a great length and not only can I still get it into a ponytail or barrette, but I can also put it into hot rollers and they stay in!! Thank you, Madison!!!

  If there was a zero rating I would have given zero...my stylist was Elizabeth Stooksbury and the experience was completely disappointing and upsetting...she washed my hairs with extreme hot water her big nails literally scratched all over my face and scalp multiple time..she burned my face with the straightener ..was very clumsy and keeps dropping thing..I wish I would've not gone there...she ruined my photoshoot for which I was planning for months..

  Some appointments are fine but most recently, I was very disappointed. I went first week of April for highlights and to get about 8” chopped into a bob (with reference photos) . Highlights turned out okay (a little more brassy than I was hoping) but the haircut was awful. She cut it wet and when I said it was too long she said she would fix it once she straightens it .. ended up with hair below my shoulders (not even a Lob). Went back 3 weeks later for smoothing treatment and to get another haircut. I asked for a different stylist but they said I could switch because I put a deposit for the smoothing treatment and would loose it if I switched… she cut off another inch of hair when wet but still didn’t match the length or layers from the picture. She straightened it and cut some more AND STILL DIDNT come close to the photos. At the end she said it was cause my hair is so thick… So disappointing after spending $600 and about 5 hours over 2 appointments in the same month to be told after that my hair was too thick.
