  I came in with my mom for the first time ever being here, and we both had such a wonderful experience! I received an amazing facial left my skin refreshed and glowing. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Everyone was friendly and professional! Will definitely be going back.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about this day spa! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, relaxed, and truly cared for. The atmosphere is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully created to make you feel like you’re stepping away from the stress of everyday life. The team is professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. It’s clear that there is so much passion and pride put into creating an exceptional experience for every guest. The level of care and customer service is what sets this spa apart. A special shoutout to the amazing management — the dedication, heart, and effort behind the scenes truly show in every part of the experience. You can tell this is a place where people genuinely care about making others feel their best. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and be treated wonderfully, this is it.   One of my very favorite things is to go to Bloom Day Spa! It’s always such a luxuriously relaxing experience. From the moment I walk in the door, I’m treated with the utmost of care, kindness & professionalism. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff! Can’t wait for my next visit!

  Most relaxed I’ve ever been, literally took every ounce of stress off of me!! The staff and management are beyond amazing and really make sure their customers are taken care of!! I would live here if I could. Make sure you buy gift cards and share this experience with anyone you can!

  I was told by employees our gift cards expired. As you can see there are no expiration dates listed and was not told at the time of service they would expire. In addition they were purchased in 2022 and can not expire until 2027. I was never apologized to for any of the confusion only told that I was being confrontational and that they were non-refundable. I would never want to do business with Bloom Day Spa Again because of the way I have been treated today. The cards were also purchased for a loved one out of town who also had an opportunity to use the card last week and was innacurately told it was expired so she missed her window. Never once did anyone apologize for any of the inconsistencies when being told their own policy by employees and the business owner. I would like a full refund and urge others to proceed with caution because this is their business practices.
