  I really want to know what happened to the days when you went and got your hair done and walked out of salon looking like a new person. I was very disappointed in my cut and style I really don’t think you should pay over $200 and then come home and try to fix your hair

  Kayla is awesome!!! I wanted a C-cut and I had a picture of the cut I wanted. Kayla cut my hair even better than the picture. I have been searching for a wonderful salon and stylist and finally the search is OVER ❤️

  FYI, hot tools after your cut isn’t free. Maybe I’m naive, but I’m used to that being included with the cut. Just didn’t want anyone else to be caught off guard like I was. The actual reason I am giving three starts is that I felt like my stylist was talking bad about my hair the entire time in an attempted to upsell me on products. Every attempt I made at small talk turned into an upsell and applied way to much product to show me what all they had. I mean, you get that bag, girl, good for you. She did take my hair that was desperately in need of a trim and bring it back to life, so I do really really appreciate that, but I’m pretty convinced all the 5 star reviews are because they’ll give you $5 off to review at the counter and it’s awkward to NOT do that and give less than 5 stars.

  Kellsea did an absolute amazing job! I wish I had before and after pictures to show! I went there to get my roots done and she did a total transformation!! Also, I am new to the Chattanooga area and she made me feel at home. The whole salon made me feel like part of the family :-) and to add to it, they ended up charging me less than what was anticipated (Quite a bit less actually:)! The proof is in the pudding and they say you only look as good as you feel, and I felt amazing after leaving :-)! I highly recommend this salon and this particular stylist!!!

  Kayla was absolutely amazing! I have a lot of hair anxiety since having my son and she worked wonders and made my hair feel so thick and healthy. I highly recommend, she’s so sweet and the entire experience was a 100/10. 💓
