Gillian spent quite some time discussing my wants, understood them and clarified what can be done and how. This goes a very long way for me. The execution was also very good: my husband keeps telling me how much he likes it. I am writing this after more than 2 weeks of checking whether my hope for easier to manage hair lasts, and I am still very happy.

I also utilize Tim, and am pleased to say that I always leave feeling great. They both take the time to get to know repeat clients, and give expertise opinion when my interest does not align with my lifestyle. (Ie: I’m very low maintenance and come in with a photo that will need daily heat styling for my hair to do!) They bridge my personal gaps in hair (care + styling) knowledge. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been, thanks to these two! No matter the service, they take the time to explain the reasoning behind technique and styling choices. The depth of knowledge and expertise the two of them hold is remarkable. Also, the salon does not smell like hair dye/fumes, which is HUGE for me.
