  Do NOT come here for bridal hair and makeup. First off, they do not know how to curl hair. I could have done it better myself. They way over used the hairspray, yet did not fix any fly aways. One of the bridesmaids they forgot to put foundation on and when she asked, they dismissed her comment. They were rude and not receptive to feedback. They also promised the whole salon and an hour for each bride/ bridesmaid. Instead, they forced us into 30 minute time slots. Instead of having the whole salon (as promised) there were various customers. They did not allow us to have a private space to set up food and drinks for the bridesmaids. They forced us out 30 minutes prior to the contract time, before our ride was there to pick us up! If you are a bride or bridesmaid, do not come to this salon.

  I loved going to Panache for massages and facials for many years. Decided to book a haircut but it was a disaster both times. The first time I waited for over half an hour with no explanation. When it was my turn to go back, the stylist just rushes me back with no apology or explanation. When I complained about this, the salon graciously offered me a free haircut. It was scheduled for 9:15 in the morning. I show up at 9:10. Am still not taken back at 9:30. They tell me it's going to be another 20 minutes. It is not acceptable to regularly run a half hour+ late for scheduled appointments. What kills me is that as a customer you have to pay a deposit--and if you don't show up or are more than 15 minutes late, YOU get charged. But they can keep you waiting however long they want. I am returning to my old salon, which is much less expensive and never kept me waiting once in the 10+ years I've been a client.

  Leah is simply the GOAT. My goal was to grow my hair out as long as possible until I turn 30, then get the big chop. I couldn't do it anymore. She made the chop so enjoyable and perfect. 10/10 slay.

  This was my first experience at panache salon. I normally go to another Salon/spa. From the beautiful interiors, tranquil settings, and amenities this is my new place to go! From the time I walked through the door to the time I left, I was treated with the utmost kindness and care. I will definitely be a regular here!! My wonderful boss recommended Panache and gave me a gift card to try it out. And he is right this is a fantastic place! I had a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and can’t wait to go back again!
