She truly knows how to do dip nails correctly! She has a wonderful personality too. I really needed the pick me up. Thank you! AND YES..I did schedule more appts.

So much time and money spent here over the years, and they wouldn't let my mom cancel a service when she wasn't feeling well. She called Monday morning to cancel a Tuesday evening appointment and they said they would charge 50% of the service. I will NEVER come back here and I'd advise the same to everyone else. Loyal customers are worth absolutely nothing to some businesses.

It’s healthier, softer, shinier, and every single appointment I leave absolutely loving my hair. What sets Kristina apart is how well she listens to my goals while also offering her professional expertise. She has an incredible ability to understand exactly what I’m looking for (even when I’m not quite sure how to describe it myself) and she always recommends what will keep my hair looking and feeling its best. When I first started seeing her, it was my very first time ever coloring my hair, and I was honestly pretty nervous. I didn’t know the right terminology or exactly what I wanted, but Kristina immediately put me at ease. She’s so warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to that I never felt embarrassed asking questions or explaining my ideas. She made the whole experience exciting instead of intimidating. Every appointment starts on time, the atmosphere at Panache is wonderful, and I leave feeling so much more confident than when I walked in. It’s clear that Kristina genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work, and it shows in the results. If you’re looking for a stylist who is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping you achieve beautiful, healthy hair, Kristina is the one. I recommend her without hesitation and can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair! ☺️
