  During a massage with Ryan, I was on my stomach. He pressed so hard on my mid-back that my breasts were hurt, and it took days for the pain to go away. I reached out to Ryan by emailing him on May 5th and 11th and by leaving voicemails, asking him to simply purchase a breast cushion. There was no response. Not a reply to an email, text, or phone call. So I sent another email in writing asking him to cancel my membership. He still never responded. He is still charging my card every month, or at least trying to. I ended up canceling my card, Ryan, so don't bother. All of my emails were kind and professional when I was requesting the breast cushion. I wasn't going to book another appointment with you without a response. I don't understand how a business owner can think it is ok to ignore repeated requests for help.

  First time with a deep tissue massage, treated by my awesome Mother-in-law and Sister-in-law! Ryan listened to my requests perfectly and did a great job! Also, kept perfectly to the time allotted and the facility is very clean and well kept. I did the tension gun add on also—we own one of these and have never used it that well! I definitely took tips for how to use it better at home. I would highly recommend!

  Ryan is so kind and professional. He addresses my concerns and I always leave feeling better than when I came. The office is clean and relaxing too! Highly recommend!
