  Poor communincation! My wife never got notification via text or email or even call. She missed her appointment then gets a call about a missed appointment, only to be told she will be charged the full amount of the service. Company policy needs revision! That's not how you keep clients.

  I booked through Avola Lanza for my wedding hair and make-up. I fell in love with Anna's styling on Instagram and I was not disappointed! I still can't believe my hair looked so Pinterest worthy! All of the stylists are so talented but also friendly and personable. Mya was our make-up stylist, Arielle did bridesmaid hair, and Anna did bridesmaid/my bridal hair. They listened to requests and also provided great tips and recommendations to ensure everyone's hair and make-up looked perfect! Anna even stayed after she finished hair to ensure my veil was placed perfectly in my hair!

  Cannot recommend Anna enough! She took care of myself, 3 bridesmaids, MOB & MOG. I was having so much anxiousness the morning of my wedding, but as I sat in the chair with Anna I felt my nervousness subside. She made me feel so calm, excited, and prepared for my big day! If you’re looking for someone personable, chill, experienced, and kind- she’s your girl!
