  Chris is 100% a colorist guru! Both Chris and her staff make you feel very welcomed and relaxed. The way my hair came out actually brought me to tears in an amazing way! She brought my color back to life and made me feel like I won the lotto! Thank you so much. I look forward to our next appt.

  I love top cuts they are all very nice and will help you anyway they can I loved my hair and always do Patricia does a great job she's the greatest it's an awesome hair salon I recommend it

  Everybody is so nice as soon as you enter the front door. Melissa is always there to greet everyone. She’s always smiling and eager to jump in and assist anytime. Whether it’s a haircut, coloring, hair extensions, they all work, their magic

  I love Top Cuts. Christine "in the third chair" does a great job on my highlights to make me nice and blond.I have very dark roots and it still comes out perfectly blond Chris the owner runs a great shop. They use great products and the staff is always helpful.
