- GVGabriella VidalJul 15, 20261.0Had the worst experience with the manager of the Woodcliff Lake store. She refused to give me a price adjustment for an even exchange for a product I had purchased just the day before and had not even opened. She was rude and unprofessional and refused to honor the same price. I’ve been to other Sephora stores and the customer experience has been the total opposite. I never want to go back to a store where the manager does not put the customer satisfaction above everything else.

Personally, I drive an extra 10:00 for this store, so I’m surprised to see the negative reviews. I frequent Solidcore next door, and every time I’ve gone here I’ve had a very positive experience! Whether I’m buying or returning, I feel I’m always treated with respect and kindness, so for me it’s worth the extra 10:00 ride! I highly recommend this location! A+++!!!

When I tried to process a return, it was unnecessarily complicated and handled in a way that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. There are plenty of other stores that treat customers with respect and make the process much smoother. I would not recommend this location.
