    When I got there for my appointment they took me right in everyone was so nice and I love the way my hair came out the best I have seen in a very very long time this was my first time there and it won't be my last thank you so much

    Hair came out beautifully. First time going in and it was a bit last minute. The one star is removed because of the lack of communication with pricing. I booked online and knew the price fluctuated. The extra charge for the hair length was communicated before I even sat down. But to go from expecting $35-$45 to being charged $60 took me by surprise. There’s an up charge for finishing the hair style with a curling iron. That was not communicated until the hair was done and they were calculating payment.

    I received a text coupon saying I could apply a $20 haircut to my service. I notified the beautician and she said its already in the computer . The promo was 20% off not a $20 haircut . I showed her my coupon; she stated that didn't apply since she was a beautician for 35 years . Its just concerning that the promo was not honored
