- JCJamie CMay 13, 20262.0We have come here a few times in recent years for basic trims for kids hair. This most recent trip was pretty tough. My daughter had beautiful long hair that we wanted cut to just below the shoulder. The hairdresser took out a men’s razor and just shaved a line straight across the back off. I was horrified. They then trimmed it more and kept going shorter to try to even it out. It is now chin length and we can’t put it in a ponytail. She is crying every night asking when her hair will grow back. The cut is still uneven but I cannot bear to cut even more off to even it out

Just got out of the salon and The barber was very aggressive and extremely rude, poor customer service. Very disappointing. He was not welcoming even before I got in the chair. Unfortunately I will have to go somewhere else.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
