  Came in today for help and guidance and just got ignored and the assistant in the green top must have walked past me about five times. It's really sad that customer service just isn't like it used to be. I helped myself, took photos and I'll buy them online from a different store.

  As an African American woman, I walked into the Sephora inside Kohl's and was never greeted or acknowledged by either employee. While I was browsing, I watched a Caucasian customer receive friendly conversation, smiles, and a warm farewell at checkout. After she left, neither employee offered to help me or even acknowledged my presence. Every customer deserves the same level of respect and service. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel unwelcome and completely discouraged me from making a purchase. I will not be returning to this Sephora location.

  The woman that was working the store there was too busy talking instead of helping the one customer that was in the store which was me. Very rude

  Nice. Michelle did skin match and was quick and on the money with my color. She was very quick and knew everything on point. Cindy helped me as well. Ladies in there knew the business very well. I literally left there 1 hour ago. Good job ladies❤️❤️
