We own a NJ salon dynasty of sorts, 50 plus years in business; primarily in NJ and NY, at one point consisting of 50 or so, 2,000 to 5,000 Sq. Ft facilities in the major shopping malls from Atlantic City/Philly to Hudson County/Long Island. After the roaring 70's, 80's and 90's days of Emiliani, we were grandfathered in to Salon Centric and it's been a slippery, corporate, L'Oreal slope downward in terms of client loyalty and as mentioned above, a price gouging bonanza/monopoly. There is no more humanity in this industry anymore. It's strictly business, make no mistake about it.

I usually find myself taking a quick lap to replenish my go to supplies, or to pick up a secret weapon for my more unique hair projects. Most of the time, I know exactly what I want. Sometimes I don't. Anytime I have a question, Orlando is always there with the kind of answers any pro in a hurry is looking for. No nonsense, full of detailed product knowledge, with a respect for the industry. He never tries to sell me anything I don't need. It is his genuine interest and excitement that convices me to try new things. I am never disappointed on a recommendation. It is always a pleasure.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
