    Nicole has been cutting my hair for 5 years. She is a magician at cutting my hair, due to the fact that I have a cowlick since I was a kid. Stylists have tried and failed to tame the cowlick. Nicole is the first stylist that takes the cowlick problem out of the equation. Believe me when I say, she's extremely good at what she does. She's also one of the nicest people I've ever met. The haircut goes by quickly, due to the fact we talk about everything. Hair Cuttery is lucky to have her.

    I highly recommend Lisa r at the hair cuttery in Berlin nj, she definitely works her magic, my hair looks beautiful. She is super friendly and makes you feel like 1 in a million.

    Walked in to be met by a older white lady (karen haircut) who was very unwelcoming and obnoxious. I just had 2 questions if they did walkins and she said yea but we are pretty booked today and then i said okay s second question do guys work with different hair textures like ifni wamted to get her 2 scalp braids on each side, hair texture such as this pointing to my niece who is mixed (black and Hispanic with type 4a texture) and she stares at me like im crazy then says “yea” “its hair” as if i just asked her a crazy question. I said no its not just hair there are different textures of hair some more difficult and other hair cutteries are not trained to work with it as well as others. She then just started at me not saying anything. I said okay thanks and walked out. As i was walking out she said make sure you call to make an appointment i said no thanks ill go elsewhere. Rude, incompetent and ill mannered especially in front of my young niece. First and last time ill go here.
