  I am very disappointed in Sephora and the chain of stores and I will no longer purchase anything from them. My husband bought me a surprise birthday perfume, and I went to return it at a Kohl’s Sephora and was told I had to go to the mall to the large major Sephora. I came with receipt and an unopened bottle and was told it was a few days beyond 30 days and no credit could be returned or any store credit. Exasperating and I will no Longer Purchase any items at Sephora,,,,,

  I had such an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to Aleyna Avci. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire shopping experience feel easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Her knowledge and positive attitude truly stood out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find what works best for them. Customer service like hers is rare, and she made my visit unforgettable. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

  Kyrah, hope I’m spelling it right, was a doll! She helped me when I was looking for some new make up items to add to my existing collection. I was doing my make up for my birthday and then a wedding I was in a few days later. With her help I was able to have a make up look that did not budge for over 12 hourssssss!

  Three words Go to Aleyna. I was looking for a specific item, and after asking a few employees who all told me it wasn’t in stock, I was so bummed. I was this close to giving up… and then I met Aleyna..and everything changed. I decided to ask her too out of a whim… She went full detective mode. She pulled out a device and then checked a couple different areas and who would guess?! she ended up finding it. She is hard working, quick, and may I add, charismatic. Aleyna has such a warm energy that makes you want to keep talking to her. Because she was so helpful and genuine, I ended up asking for her personal recommendations on cologne and WOW, I’m glad I did. She suggested Dolce and Azzaro most Wanted and I instantly loved it…so yes, I did end up buying something I did not initially go in for 😅 Aleyna made the whole experience memorable and turned a situation that was stressful into a great day. Her above and beyond is exactly what every store needs. Sephora seriously struck gold with her!

  I had a wonderful experience at Sephora thanks to Aleyna. She was incredibly patient and respectful. Aleyna was also very knowledgeable and thoughtful with her recommendations. What stood out was how respectful and considerate she was, making the experience feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend asking for Aleyna if you’re looking for someone who is patient, professional, and genuinely cares about your experience.
