What was unexpected is I was completely ignored by the staff. I get it! I’m older and probably don’t look like a lot of fun. I desperately needed help finding several specific items as I was on a time crunch and not a single staffer offered to help me. I managed to stop one young woman who said she would send someone over but they never materialized. So, I left. I just finished placing my large order from Sephora online and will receive it by Monday. Fine. I would like to point out that women my age have a lot of buying power, we like to look good, and are open to upselling and suggestions because of the aforementioned mentioned buying power. Please don’t ignore us!!

She even showed me a few other products I was interested in and checked inventory. 10/10. Everyone was great really, including a lady at the front door. A young lady with twists was friendly and my first encounter. She guided me to the right department in the beginning. I'd definitely shop here again. They had great selections, lots of testers, and I definitely know which ones I will be back for.
