  Carla was great! She was my cashier today and she helped me pick out my birthday gift. I wanted a larger size of a scent I was purchasing and she got it for me. She even showed me a few other products I was interested in and checked inventory. 10/10. Everyone was great really, including a lady at the front door. A young lady with twists was friendly and my first encounter. She guided me to the right department in the beginning. I'd definitely shop here again. They had great selections, lots of testers, and I definitely know which ones I will be back for.

  This is a standard mall Sephora the displays are usually broken or empty. I went today with my child & found the staff super rude. It wasn’t that busy & like other parents in there standing back while my child looked at gloss. We were aggressively followed throughout the store. Again we’re not the only mother daughter duo. Then on the checkout line the lady w the manual scanner came directly to me to check me out. Sure fine. Again aggressive dang near snatched it -didn’t even allow me to hold the bag or the gloss. I’m standing in front of her with my wallet and card out. It was a nasty transaction. I said thank you at the end and as we leave the original sales lady glared at us a we left. We shopped paid and left. I’m confused. What was the security issue? Brown mother/daughter vs white mother/daughter?

  Honestly the worst customer service. I bought a present for my mom for mothers day a Tom Ford product. Went in to see if I can get some help to exchange and was told about Sephora's horrible return policy and they did absolutely nothing to help a manager was brought out to repeat the store policy. I could understand if I wanted my money back but I just wanted to exchange the product for something that would work for my mother. Worst experience do not recommend Sephora. Will not be back

  I am very disappointed in Sephora and the chain of stores and I will no longer purchase anything from them. My husband bought me a surprise birthday perfume, and I went to return it at a Kohl’s Sephora and was told I had to go to the mall to the large major Sephora. I came with receipt and an unopened bottle and was told it was a few days beyond 30 days and no credit could be returned or any store credit. Exasperating and I will no Longer Purchase any items at Sephora,,,,,

  I had such an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to Aleyna Avci. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire shopping experience feel easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Her knowledge and positive attitude truly stood out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find what works best for them. Customer service like hers is rare, and she made my visit unforgettable. Definitely a 10/10 experience.
