  Great experience! 💕 I had a really great experience getting my piercing at Rowan. The staff was super friendly, professional, and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the whole process. The place was clean, and I absolutely love how my piercing turned out. I would definitely go back and highly recommend Rowan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Nurse Tori was absolutely amazing! I originally went in with the intention of getting a double helix, but my ears are too small. BUT…Nurse Tori encouraged and motivated me to go for a conch piercing instead, and I absolutely love it!!! The pain level wasn’t bad at all, and Nurse Tori was so informative and guided me step-by-step through the aftercare instructions. She was incredibly kind, had such great energy, and made the whole experience so comfortable and positive! I can’t wait to come back for another piercing and more earrings! ❤️

  Tori was absolutely amazing!! I went with my Dad since he wanted his ear lobe pierced and the staff here were so accommodating. Tori provided a great explanation of the aftercare and was so friendly, she made the entire process seamless and educational. The whole process was clean and as a nurse myself, I really appreciated how much care and attention was given to sterilizing their piercing tools. We loved it here and love that they use only hypoallergenic materials! Thank you Rowan :)

  Tori offered a great piercing experience for our 9 year old child. The team accommodated a walk-in appointment quickly and were very thorough throughout the process. They provided clear after care instructions, ensured our child knew exactly what to expect during the appointment, and carefully prepared and marked her ears. A really wonderful first piercing experience!

  I got my first ear piercing (with the device) by the amazing and patient nurse Elle. She was very kind, supportive, and answered all my questions about the jewlery, procedure, and aftercare. One day in and there is no swelling, redness, or irritation! Rowan is clean, cheerful, and professional. Justin was awesome with helping me book my appointment and making me feel welcome.
