  I had these little stud earrings in for over a year due the hard plastic backings being impossible to remove. I called up and the store manager Justin said he would be able to help me out. Within 10 minutes he was able to detach the backings. So thankful he was skilled and patient enough to get the job done. Can’t wait to wear something new again!

  I absolutely had such a great time here! I got a whole new stack and Justin was so patient and really helped me out. He is so welcoming and will really make you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend going to Justin because he really wants you to leave very happy and confident. Elle and Tori helped me resize and put in my jewelry and were very gentle with me and made me laugh. I love this place so much and I definitely recommend ❤️

  Do not come here!!!!! VERY MISLEADING! Came to Rowan with the thought to get my child pierced since they advertise clean and sanitary piercings when I arrived I noticed they legit do the same thing as next door except they charge for the service !!! I ended up spending 150 for my daughters piercings when I could’ve done the same exact thing at lovisa for 55$ and plus they lie and say lovisa doesn’t have the same quality !! PLEASE check other piercings areas before deciding here !!!

  Walked by and saw them using a piercing gun on an infant - super unsanitary and unsafe - a professional piercer uses a needle! and the fact that its marketed that nurses are doing the piercings is sick - no reputable RN would use a gun. This place should be shut down - go to a tattoo shop where its safe.

  Had a wonderful experience at Rowan at Willowbrook Mall! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the visit. Everything was well organized, the service was professional, and the experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the great customer service. Definitely recommend Rowan if you’re looking for a fun and positive experience at Willowbrook Mall!
