  Karina did a beautiful job with my haircut and gave a nice blowout by adding some curls. I got so many compliments.

  My brother got his first big boy haircut with Marybell and she’s amazing! The haircut is fantastic and she’s lovely.

  Love Karina! It’s my first time getting a haircut here so I picked her because she had the time slot available that I needed and I couldn’t be happier I went from super long hair to a cut a little pass my shoulders she gave me so much advice on how to style my hair after I mention it goes flat and helped me pick the length that would work for me considering how I style it for work and I almost asked her to go shorter but she quickly pointed out where it would fall once it dried and she was so right I will definitely be back plus the blowout was beautiful my hair hasn’t looked this good in a very long time

  Came here with the intention to exchange an item for something else but ended up returning as I didn’t find what I’m looking for . I was greeted by Yiselle and had a brief conversation and proceeded to look at products to see if I like anything . I ended up walking to the counter to return what was used . She was standing at the register and counting something or organizing a stack of cards . She didn’t say anything I just stood there . I then asked her if I can return the item here or at another counter ( there’s a returns area farther down the aisle ). She answered with a straight face and said you have to return it here . Then she asked me if I wanted to buy something else and what’s the reason I’m returning it. I had told her the reason earlier . She then returned the item making NO eye contact . I grabbed my receipt and said “thank you “ and she proceeded to say nothing . She had such an unpleasant attitude and I’m not sure if these girls make commission off of buying but she changed her attitude up when I went over and didn’t have anything in my hand to purchase and had a return . Customer who come here to spend their money should not be treated this way . She was rude and I definitely won’t be coming back here because of my experience with her . I had a very pleasant experience with the associate who sold me the item I returned and this interaction was a disappointment. P.S. : JCP salon if this isn’t the correct place to post this review please inform me as I do not want to affect your business if this area of shopping does not belong to the salon itself . Thank you .

  I have became a JCP Wayne salon customer 26 years ago when I walked in one day and met Mary. She became the family's stylist over time (husband and 2 boys). All the stylists I have met are friendly, helpful and professional (Mary, Louisa & Teresa) which is why I continue to go there for a cut and color. The front end crew (receptionist Brianna and Manager Sandra) are always helpful and pleasant. They use top of the line products which are also available for sale!
