- ARArmani RichJan 21, 20261.0Literally just left this location, 6:50pm 01/21/26 3 girls behind Sephora register. Not one person acknowledged me or asked if i needed anything. Two looked at me, one was helping customer at register and didn’t even have decency to say “hi how are u welcome in”…. Is this what customer service has come to?? I was walking around for 5-6 mins looking for topicals eye matches when i went around row after row and finally decided to ask for help. I asked did they have the topical eye patches while one girl wore eye patches at work. They all said no, instead of saying, “well we do have these would you like to try these instead” it was a dead end no, i immediately felt out of place and ready to go . Please do better !!! This is crazy

Although I didn’t find it, Rita was super helpful making sure to check the backstock for me and to go through other body mist options until I found something that I liked. I got the Phlur Caramel Body Spray. She also gave me very helpful tips on body mist that I didn’t know about. Great experience and would recommend.

- DGDay GillettFeb 21, 20232.0Did not like how the brunette lady did my makeup for an event. Originally the manager offered to the week before with a time set and her business card. Come the day of and she is not there! What a liar. Another lady did my makeup and it was not what I told her at all, a no-makeup look but cakes on foundation and eyeshadow. Not the eyebrow pencil!! It was horrendous. At least I didn't pay a dime because the workers thought I paid for a product with the manager so I can't be too mad. Didn't even bother to check 🤷
