  I have never been so disappointed in a service in my life. First off, read your clients. A 40-50 year old doesn’t want to be spoken to with “girl”, “dude”, and “bro” at the end of every sentence. Within five minutes I wished she had just stopped talking. Second, I have never been to a salon that doesn’t dry your hair when you are done. Yes I chose wet cut which said cut and style. I paid $41 for approximately 12 total cuts on my hair. I’m trying to grow my hair out and needed to remove the tail that was in the middle of my neck. And I wanted to try to even out the sides without losing too much length. She combed my hair down against my neck and cut straight across the bottom and then said she saw what I meant about stragglers and cut them… on the wrong side of my head!! If I wanted to have my hair dried it was an additional $18!!!! That option says blow out. To my knowledge a blow out is a special add on in which products are used and helps straighten difficult hair. I’d like to know what the style part of cut and style is in in the option I chose? I had to leave with a wet head ruining the rest of the running around I had to do for the day. Then I get home dry my hair and find the back completely uneven. Had she dried my hair before I left it would have been seen and corrected on the spot. I don’t know what happened to this place but it sure isn’t the same as when I used to go there years ago.

  Bean did a beautiful job on my highlights and cut. Will definitely be back next time I am in town.

  Sarah was great! Talked to me and looked at my hair before she started, which was great! Personable and caring, and I loved my cut!

  I'm so glad I went here. It's a very clean and relaxing place. Everyone is super nice. Most importantly, I love my hair. Sara did an amazing job!!!

  I was a first time client and I was not disappointed. The entire experience was great! The entire staff was friendly, relatable, extremely proficient and professional. My hair was a complete mess when I went in but I left looking and feeling like a brand new woman! Amazing service and I will definitely be returning. Special thanks to Bean, my stylist, you are a true artist. Thank you so much!
