  Really poor customer service. There was no one in the entire section for 15 minutes to check out. Offer no selection assistance. Ulta is much better

  Cashier was very disrespectful. She was seated chatting, waiting for her colleague to check me out while I was standing right in front of her. I wish I knew her name. I didn’t see her tag because she was seated!

  despite spending over $500 there in different purchases they always assume im trying to steal something in the store. selection in men’s cologne is limited & basic. last but not least the employees there have horrible customer service. they do absolutely nothing but stand there and look pretty. no assistance or recommendations. seems they only want you to spend money and leave. i’ll spend mine somewhere where my business is appreciated

  It’s not every day that I’m pleasantly surprised by customer service at checkout, but today truly stood out. I had to return an item because the scent ended up being different than expected, and I was honestly bracing myself for a difficult experience—but it was the complete opposite. The associate at Sephora at Kohl’s was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She handled everything with such a positive attitude and made me feel genuinely cared for. I never felt like a burden or rushed—she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Moments like this are why I continue to love shopping at Sephora. Exceptional customer service like hers truly makes all the difference!
