I was told to just purchase them again because there was nothing they can do about it. So not only did I have to reschedule my clients I have to wait for a refund because I refuse to purchase without seeing my refund first. This is very unprofessional.

- CMChef MasterMay 21, 20261.0I normally never leave reviews, but after over 10 years of doing business with SalonCentric, I’m officially done. The customer service has become absolutely terrible. My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years purchasing color and salon supplies, and they know us personally. We even prepay for orders, yet every time there’s an issue with an order, they give my wife a hard time trying to exchange or correct it. Instead of treating loyal customers with respect, they make simple situations difficult and stressful. It honestly feels like they “bust your chops” over everything rather than trying to help. After more than a decade of loyalty, I expected far better treatment. Very disappointing experience and horrible customer service. We’ll gladly take our business elsewhere.

She gave me a hard time showing my account information as well as over charged me when I did a price range from the app WHICH WAS $50 to charging me to $85. All for 5 items. As a Salon Assistant and a Cosmetology Student that attitude isn’t cut up for this industry. She should respectfully be fired.
