  Pls DO NOT GO HERE. THE STORE HAS A VERY R******* manager who refuses to even answer your questions, forget helping you. The lady in to store turned a completely deaf ear to me when I asked her to check me in on billing with my membership number. I asked her thrice if she can add my number into my invoice, she turned a deaf ear at first and then when I said l I am talking to you, lady”, she said in front of all the customers - “bye, I am busy”. This is after buying cosmetics worth 250$! They treat you horribly here. You’d think being an Estée Lauder store outlet, these things don’t happen there, but the lady ensured I will never step foot into cosmetics company store anywhere again! There’s another store called “luxury beauty” in the same outlet mall, which is a Lancome Brand outlet and the staff there treated me with so much love and were welcoming! All on the same day, in the same outlet mall!!

  I was visiting the Premium Outlet for another store when I happened to come across this one, and I'm so glad I did. The space is much larger inside than I expected, and they were running a huge sale on brands like MAC, Estée Lauder, and Clinique. I was in makeup and skincare heaven. I love my MAC products and had been looking for a particular eyeshadow, so I took a chance, browsed around, and ended up finding my beloved MAC Paint Pots and their signature glitter eyeshadows. They also carry MAC's iconic Studio Radiance Face and Body Radiant Sheer Foundation (TM), but since I had just purchased a cushion foundation, I didn't need another one at the moment. The sales associates were wonderful. I wanted to swatch some of the newer eyeshadows, but one of the shades didn't have a tester available. The associate actually went to the back to ask her manager if she could open a new package and create a swatch for me. That was incredibly thoughtful and so appreciated. One thing I really loved was being able to browse freely without feeling pressured to buy everything I looked at. In the end, I did pick up the MAC eyeshadow and an Estée Lauder primer, both at 50% off during their Lunar New Year sale. They seem to run promotions often and even offer a rewards program. I'm really loving this store! Thank you, Rachael Z for your assistance during my visit.

  One employee was great, the others, including "managers" weren't worth the hello. A few hundred dollar purchase turned into zero. Service directly correlates to my willingness to spend, as I'm sure it does for many others as well.

  Stack the Savings buy 4 and save 10% off selective items. Good customer service and I like that you can test out and there a price check machine.
