I received a gift card and booked a massage. The massage itself was great. Trying to pay with front desk girl was so stressful it negated the massage.
I received a gift card that also came with promotional "gift cards" with an expiration. The receptionist had no idea how to apply the promotional cards, then said the "system is down" and I could just use it next time even though it was expiring soon. She then took down my information so her manager could call me later to resolve it.
I'm pretty sure the receptionist just had no idea what she was doing. There was still signage for promotional cards with purchase of gift cards. So you could theoretically still purchase it with no way to actually redeem it?
But what really stressed me out was that I'm pretty sure the receptionist messed up the tip for the massage therapist, as my remaining balance (on the gift card) made no sense. I asked multiple times if the tip was put on the gift card and she assured me it was. My plan was to fix all of it when the manager called, but alas, that call never came.
So the amazing massage therapist got no tip.
I left more stressed than I walk in.
Complete waste of a gift given to me in good faith, as I will never return to use my remaining balance, nor the unusable promotional cards that are now expired.
Great massage, horrible business.

First of all, the atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff is very friendly. Second, Jennifer was amazing! If I could go back every week I would. She was so sweet, and made sure I was comfortable. She asked me what areas I wanted to focus on and what pressure I preferred. The massage was so relaxing, especially the scalp massage. I feel great! Loved it, will definitely come back and gift a massage to my partner and parents!

I’ve been to The Now Massage a few times over the last few months, even purchasing a membership but then cancelling it. However today I saw Heather and quickly reinstated my membership upon checkout because our session was that good. I told Heather I was experiencing period cramps and she recommended a different pressure to accommodate and alleviate my muscle tension. So good! Thank you!

Today I booked two body massages ( for a guest and myself ) on line., then received a phone call asking for additional details for the guest such as email, phone # etc i explained this is a bday surprise so i rather not share that info at the moment but his could be provided tomorrow at the time of the appointment, the person requesting this info was passive aggressive and she basically hang up on me while I told her i don't have my card with me (i am working) . so yes , i called back and cancelled the services. very unpleasant experience

SCAM- PLEASE LISTEN TO 1 STAR REVIEWS. THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. THEY UPCHARGE WITHOUT NOTICING YOU. And then extremely rude and unhelpful when you ask about it.
I wish I knew how much 1-star reviews this place has mixed in with 5star making it look better than it is. Please listen to the 1 star reviews and consider more about booking here instead of another luxury, HONEST massage facility.
I purchased a massage for my sister for her birthday. On the website they advertise membership pricing and a promo code for $30 off for new members that are getting massages. When putting my card information in they showed the price as $55. My sister gets the massage no complaints but definitely not worth the $125 they advertise for. However, we got it for a deal so we walk out happy.
The next day, today, I see the charge is changed for approx $100 ($95). When I called this facility, the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. Had an attitude right away when I asked, even though i had been polite the entire conversation. Clearly this is an issue they face repeatedly.
She told me “Well you purchased a membership that’s why, the codes don’t apply to that.” I asked why would the website advertise as $55 just to up charge clients as I would’ve taken my business ELSEWHERE had I known the massage price would be different. Immediately, attitude went up even more. She would tell me there is nothing she can help me with as she is not in charge of billing. When asking to speak with a higher up or manager, she refused, claiming she, the front desk representative, was the only person at the facility who can help me with this.
She claims she will get a manager to give me a call later. Then when asking her name, she refused to give it to me. I asked again so I could give the manager her name for our incredibly rude interaction. She then LIED, told me “I already gave it to you. I’m not repeating myself”. And then shut off.
Please don’t fall for the “luxury” of this place. They have unprofessional workers and unethical pricing/ billing habits. They will up charge you, without any notice, then throw an extreme attitude over the phone with no help when you ask for assistance. Please pick a luxury facility that knows how to properly conduct business and will not scam you.

When should I arrive for my massage?
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time for check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late.
How do I book a massage?
You can schedule an appointment online at www.thenowmassage.com, through The NOW Massage app, or by contacting the boutique directly by phone. We also welcome walk-ins, but due to high demand, we recommend scheduling in advance.
How do I cancel a service that I’ve scheduled?
A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website, through The NOW Massage app, or by calling the boutique. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. We charge 50% of the reservation made to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.
What if I fail to show for a scheduled massage or arrive late?
If you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, the service is automatically canceled and the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or early) for all scheduled appointments.
How can I cancel my membership?
Ritual Members can cancel their recurring dues membership at any time by providing their boutique with 30-days written notice stating the desire to cancel. You may cancel in-person at the boutique or by sending an email to the boutique where your membership was purchased.
