  The stylist, Edith, didn’t listen to a thing I told her. I went in asking for a cut, same hair cut just cut the dead ends off. I also asked for long, side swept bangs. She cut the length and all was good. Then she went to cut my layers and I told her that is not the correct layers that I want. She told me it was. But she didn’t ask me to clarify what kind of layers I want. I CUT HAIR, I KNEW IT WAS WRONG! Then, she tells me that I don’t want the bangs that I asked for and doesn’t cut me any at all. I tipped her because I felt obligated but I’m EXTREMELY angry at the awful cut I received. It is not AT ALL what I asked for. Do not go to Edith, she will not listen to you when you tell her that she’s doing something that you don’t like.

  Brooke wonderful as always. I never leave disappointed, quite the opposite! Great conversation while I'm there. We like her so much not only am I a regular, but so is my father AND my mom. Thank you so much Brooke!

  My first time going there in years and I went to Rachel she was great and she did a great job on my hair it looks fabulous
