  I came in looking for a few things, but unfortunately Logan was very unhelpful and seemed lazy. She didn’t really help me find what I needed, so I ended up not buying everything I had planned to. I didn’t have a great experience at this store. The girl who greeted me at the entrance and the older blonde cashier were both very nice.

  I had a really nice chat with Matthew at the Sephora in the Short Hills Mall, who gave me some great skincare advice. It was nice that he gave me multiple options at different price points and didn’t make me feel like I needed to leave with something. I definitely did take his advice on some products though! Thank you for helping me find some missing pieces of my skincare routine Matthew! 🫶🏼

  I love Sephora as a brand, but this location feels a little too small. The store is usually clean, but unfortunately, the customer service can be inconsistent. Sometimes it feels like the way you are treated depends on how you are dressed, and employees can be a little too pushy about buying additional products. I’ve also had an uncomfortable experience with a cashier where I felt discriminated against. I really like Sephora and its products, but I think this location could improve its customer service and make every customer feel equally welcome and respected.

  I always have the best experience at Sephora. The women are always very helpful, today was no different, Chloe, I hope I remembered her name, was very sweet and others too. Good customer service.
