  I always have the best experience at Sephora. The women are always very helpful, today was no different, Chloe, I hope I remembered her name, was very sweet and others too. Good customer service.

  Highly, highly recommended Samantha if you are looking for a fragrance. I was looking to switch things up from my usual go-to scents and she was kind enough to go through many different types and brands with me. We discussed all the notes, what I like vs. what I don’t- we were probably there chatting for a half hour! She was incredibly well informed about each one, was so patient and even went into the back to find a few different sized bottles for me several times when I finally narrowed my choices down. I hope she’s there when I go pick out my next scent- she is truly an asset to the store.

  Employees are not POC friendly. Other reviewers have mentioned this too. It was actually kind of shocking how many microaggressions they were able to commit in the few minutes I was in the store. Store is in an extremely white and wealthy area, and it's very difficult NOT to feel like the poor treatment is racially motivated.

  I went in looking for a lip liner and Carine was the sweetest employee. Not going to lie I was being annoying and couldn’t find the exact color for my lips but she did not quit on me and I’m so grateful for how patient she was with me. Great experience and Carine’s kindness did not go unnoticed! Thank You!!
