  I went in looking for a lip liner and Carine was the sweetest employee. Not going to lie I was being annoying and couldn’t find the exact color for my lips but she did not quit on me and I’m so grateful for how patient she was with me. Great experience and Carine’s kindness did not go unnoticed! Thank You!!

  I almost never take the time to write reviews, but the excellence I experienced at this location made it impossible not to. The beauty advisors here are on another level when it comes to their knowledge. Elijah was an absolute life saver. He helped me find the absolute perfect shade match for my mom's concealer which has been difficult to get right. My mom was extremely happy with the match (which almost never happens). I also have to give a huge shoutout to Kat. Between the stress of nursing school and dealing with stress related hair loss, I was feeling really discouraged. Kat helped me curate a haircare routine that truly saved my hair. It's no longer brittle and instead filled with life. It's rare that I walk into Sephora and find staff who actually listen and have the knowledge to back up their recommendations. Thank you both for such a great in store experience!

  I honestly love the makeup associates there but I feel they are racially profiling African Americans. I asked my other peers and we all feel the same. Can’t even shop in peace I’m truly disappointed

  Amazing experience! I came into Sephora after an interview. I was feeling rushed and distracted, just trying to grab my favourite fragrance. Susan reminded me about my birthday gift (which I missed last year!), and it honestly made my whole day. Her customer service was a 10/10 kind, attentive, and genuine. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at this store.
