We were within our 10 min grace period (indicated on the website) as we live 1 hour away and she demonstrated an attitude and dismissed us by picking up a store phone call in the middle of me talking to her. There were additional employees here who could have handled that phone call while she attended to us. We would never recommend this place whatsoever and in fact I will encourage other mothers to never bring their business here. My 4 month old and I will be headed elsewhere. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I will 100% be reporting this to headquarters.
