From the moment we walked in, the front counter staff was exceptional, warm and welcoming right away, which helped calm her nerves before we even got back. Nurse Kelsey gently walked her through every step and kept her smiling the whole time, you could just tell being a nurse made this a different kind of experience, so much more careful and reassuring than a typical piercing. The whole staff was genuinely excited for her, celebrating her jewelry choice like it was the biggest deal in the world, because to her, it was. I went first so she could see there was nothing to be scared of. Everything was spotless, and both of our ears have healed perfectly with zero pain. Rowan, and especially Nurse Kelsey, made my daughter feel so special on a day she’ll remember forever. Highly recommend to any parent bringing their little one in!
