She was patient, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting. The piercing process was quick, gentle, and much less painful than I expected. She took her time to make sure the placement was perfect and answered all of my questions. I absolutely love how my piercings turned out! Timing, availability (even though I booked an appointment online it was when I was told cut downs were exclusively happening Monday through Friday), who knows... And now they've got me locked in because I don't know where else to go for a cut down. Probably just going to let the hole close. Save your money. Don't bother.
